Welcome to the website of leatherstylish.com. We provide its product/services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). In addition, when you use any leatherstylish.com products/service (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such products/services, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. www.Leatherstylish.com reserves the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Ø  Once the goods have been delivered to the address nominated by the ‘customer’ the risk and title is then passed on to you the ‘customer’. Goods one shipped cannot be taken back.

Ø  If this contract is cancelled by ‘customer/you’ at any point of time during delivery date, the customer has to bear the cost of goods under process plus a penalty of 9.5% of entire contract or the value of the entire contract whichever is less.

Ø  Once an order is received by us we have no obligation to sell, supply or complete the order to you until it has been accepted by our management team. Each individual order is considered a separate agreement; each order will be accepted by Leather Stylish at our absolute discretion.

Ø  The Leather Stylish does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for breakage, leakage, theft, pilferage, damage/ and / or loss of any kind on any account in transit or thereafter once the product leave Seller’s work. Claim for any shortage in the consignment should be settled by the Buyer directly with the railways or the road carries or any other agents of the Buyer and the Seller will not be responsible for such claim under any circumstances.

Ø  All the payment transaction to be made only on our business bank account (No Cash).

Ø  No Bargaining, No Exchange, Fixed Price.

Ø  For us color of the product is a just name for example (customer need Brown Color shoes the product will be in Light Brown or Dark Brown as per leather available in the market.

Ø  Order once given cannot be canceled.

Ø  Minimum 50 Pairs One Order. Maximum 200 Pairs In One Order

Ø  Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ambur-Tamil Nadu - INDIA only.

Ø  Leather is natural material color of the product will slightly change.

Ø  We sell only genuine Cow/Goat/Sheep leather products.

Ø  Sole design is subject to market availability.

Ø  This price is valid for the next 20 days and may change with prior notice.

Ø  Customer brand name master screen board for socks/footpad Rs.1200 (One Time)

Ø  Damage/Rejection of footwear 2-3% to be accepted by customers on each order.

Ø  The price mentioned is standard price. Price may vary base on customer requested leather quality.

Ø  Advance 80% of total order value, production will commence once the advance payment is received on our business bank account, balance 20% amount to be paid before goods delivery (i.e.) will show you all photos of product once it ready. Make the balance payment and we will deliver the goods.

Ø  Footwear upper color will be same & footwear socks will be in our / customer brand name.

Ø  If customer wants his own brand name on Box / Socks foot print, then Rs.22 extra per pair.

Ø  We don’t make any branded items. We make our own brand name / customer brand name products.

Ø  The price which we quoted is excluding of Box and Tax and its Ambur / Chennai F.O.B - INDIA

Ø  Buyer has to beerier Unloading fees from the main carrier and port/ Transportation charges in Buyer’s city/country.

Ø  The goods once delivered/sold cannot take back and carrier shall be at the Buyer’s risk and responsibility.
